    To say that all cost $8 is extremely misleading. You'll spend closer to $100 just to get all the ingredients needed to make that. Calorie comparison is great advice but implying that it is cheaper is definitely a misstep.

    • @RyanTreadaway

      It is cheaper. Yes, the groceries were more ($50). But you have all this food plus all the leftovers. The left is just one meal, so it's way cheaper.

      @@kuroneko334 I'm not fooling anyone because I'm not trying to fool anyone. It's called price per serving. It made several days worth of food but I'm not showing all the food on screen so I'm using the price for what's on screen. If I showed the price for all the meals it made plus all the food it made, I'd have to then buy a bunch more meals for the left side the make it an apples to apples comparison again. As for time, the McDonald's drive through line was 15m for one meal. The cook time for all the food on the right plus the leftovers it made was 30m. So it's cheaper, healthier, and faster.

    20 mins my ass. Maybe 20mins to cut up all that fruit. Also calculate the time it took to go to the store and get it home. Did u drive or catch public transport? Did you consider the mental load to plan out what you're eating, when u can get to the store, ensuring u have the correct cooking utensils and storage, etc? 20mins is a long time when you've worked a 10hr shift with a 1hr commute each way.

    • @RyanTreadaway
      @RyanTreadaway 6 днів тому

      I work 10-12 hours per day myself and am also building a house. Trust me, I know about being busy. Unless you somehow teleported to McDonalds, drive time doesn't factor in. You have to drive for either option. You can believe me about the time it took or you can not believe me. That's how long it took us. so. As far as mental load, if you've never meal prepped before, I certainly understand the point about it being a lot to think about. However, if you've meal prepped even just a handful of times, it's not much of a mental load. It's quite easy.

      As for price, I've done several of these comparisons now so they blend together at this point but I think the total price for all groceries was $50. The price on screen is just for the food that's actually on screen. As far as the Calories, I'm not sure what's hard to believe about the Calorie count if you've been doing this your whole life. Meat, fruit, and vegetables don't have that many Calories.

    How do I delete an item I saved. I am new to using it and somehow I added some of my ingredients multiple times and saved it.😅

    I'm trying to decide between this and the Freak Athlete one. My primary need is for Back extensions, then Nordics... then if I had the Freak Athlete one, I would probably do GHDs, but I honestly don't know which other exercises I would actually do frequently. As you mentioned, the reverse hypers don't really work. Not sure I care about decline situps. Are there any other perks to the Freak Athlete one besides GHDs when comparing to this? ~$250 cheaper for better build quality sounds very enticing.

      I like them both a lot. It's honestly hard to say. You won't go wrong either way. I think if you only need exercises the Tib Bar guy machine does, go for it.

    I just looked at buying one from Belgium. Code seemded to work, but shipping costs a whooping 250€ (something in that area). So the bench becomes more than half as expensive...

    Is the pulley system 2:1 or 1:1? Really wanting to have a system for lat pulldowns that allows for more than enough weight

    I been using the neck harness for probably a year or more. And have got more girth to my next and the upper body look bigger.

    Do you know what the ppc02 height is from floor to to top of lat pulldown pulley? I have short ceilings so wondering if it'll clear mine without the pullup bar

    Best thing I've done for my weight loss and overall health was to cut out processed foods (especially things labeled ",low fat" and "sugar free") and eat like I was designed to eat. The zero point foods list is a good list to have on hand to aid in choosing REAL food that's low glycemic and anti inflammatory. 😊

    How do you sync your daily nutrition to services like MyFitnessPal, Strava and others, so exercises/activities that consume those calories can be calculated and subtracted?
